Install the MiCollab Office Plugin

The download link for MiCollab Office Plugin is available on the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing launcher, the web join page and the end user portal.

To install the MiCollab Office Plugin:

  1. Click Download Outlook Plugin link from the web page or end user portal or select the Download Outlook Plugin option from the drop-down menu in the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing launcher.

  1. Run the downloaded MiCollabOfficePlugin.exe file to install the MiCollab Office Plugin.

  2. Click Next.

  3. Click Install. The InstallShield Wizard installs the MiCollab Office Plugin.

  4. Click Finish to complete the installation.

 

  1.  NOTE: After installing the MiCollab Office Plugin if an Outlook detected a COM add-in problem message appears, click Always enable this add-in.  This setting is available in File > Manage COM Add-ins in Outlook.
